1. The role of micro switch in dehumidifier

Home dehumidifier is composed of compressor, heat exchanger, fan, water holder, housing and controller. In fact, the principle of dehumidifier is simply that the humid air is sucked into the machine by the fan, the moisture in the air is condensed into water droplets by the heat exchange system, and then the dry air is discharged out of the machine after treatment, and the relative humidity is reduced by air circulation.

In the high humidity environment, the dehumidification effect is better with low energy consumption and high cost-effectiveness.

The micro switch in the dehumidifier is usually installed near the water tank. Its function is to stop the tank when the water is filled. When the dehumidifier works normally, the water will flow into the water tank, the water level of the water tank rises (there is a float inside the water tank), the float rises and triggers the micro switch to close, then the signal is sent to the computer motherboard compressor and fan to stop working (that is to say, the dehumidifier stops the dehumidification function and no more water flows into the water tank), so as to protect the water in the water tank, which will not flow out.

2. The role of the micro switch in the brake detector

Brake detectors are used for traction machines in elevators and escalators. It will send a signal back after the tractor has moved.
The brake of a tractor requires a long time of stroke feedback. Therefore, it can ensure that elevator accidents are avoided in time.
