Wiring Method and Structure Analysis of Micro Switch

The micro switch is a contact mechanism with a small contact interval and a quick action mechanism, which performs switching actions with a specified stroke and a specified force. 1. How to wire the micro switch?


When it comes to the wiring method of the micro switch, it is actually very simple. Generally, the micro switch has three points. One of these three points is a common point, one is a normally open point, and the other is a closed point. The common point is like the neutral line in the socket, the normally open point is the point where the switch is turned on so that the current flows, and the closed point is of course the contact that cuts off the current flow.


Connect the corresponding points to the corresponding positions. Although the method of micro switch wiring seems very simple, it is still necessary to make relevant preparations.


2. Structure analysis of micro switch

The external mechanical force acts on the action reed through the transmission elements (press pins, buttons, levers, rollers, etc.). Tap to quickly connect or disconnect.


When the force on the transmission element is removed, the action reed produces a reverse action force, and when the reverse stroke of the transmission element reaches the action critical point of the reed, the reverse action is completed instantaneously. The contact spacing of the micro switch is small, the action stroke is short, the pressing force is small, and the on-off is rapid. The action speed of its moving contact has nothing to do with the action speed of the transmission element.
