The low-pressure switch and high-pressure switch are the most commonly and very important electronic accessories in the water purifier.
The low-pressure switch (shortage protection switch) is mainly used to cut off the power due to water shortage, prevent the high-pressure pump from idling when there is no water, and protect the high-pressure pump. The low pressure switch has a built-in miniature micro switch. The micro switch is in the on state under normal conditions. When the inlet water pressure is lower than the set pressure of 0.8KG of the low pressure switch, the low pressure switch is disconnected and the high pressure pump is cut off to prevent the high pressure pump from running out of water to prolong the service life.
The high pressure switch mainly plays the role of high pressure protection. The high-pressure switch is in a closed state under normal conditions. As the equipment is used longer, the permeable membrane will gradually become clogged due to the accumulation of dirt, and the inlet pressure of the natural membrane will increase accordingly. When the pressure is higher than the set pressure of the high-pressure switch by 2.5KG, the pressure switch will be disconnected, cutting off the power supply of the high-pressure pump, which will protect the whole machine and increase the service life of the pressure pump.
